Telehealth consultations
Patients who have been seen in our clinic in the last 12 months (Face-to-face) are eligible to be offered Telehealth appointments either by PHONE or VIDEO call.
The video call itself is free apart from the patient’s own internet usage.
The regular cost of a medical consultation still apply as per our current billing structure.
Please phone our receptionists to make an appointment and when your phone or video consult is booked they will provide you with all the details on how to connect with your Doctor.
Home Visits
The practice team, in particular circumstances, and where it is safe and reasonable to do so are able to arrange home
visits by doctors or nurses for those patients who are physically unable to attend the practice eg. Palliative Care, the patient is
confined due to illness or disability, or to reduce the risk of infection for the patient. Please contact our Nurses if you require
further information.

Doctor Appointments
Helping you to book the type of Appointment to meet your needs.
A standard appointment is 15 minutes to address a single query. If you have more than one query or the matter is complicated, or you are a new patient with a medical history unknown to us, you should book a longer 30-minute appointment. Patients who attend with a long lists of queries, should expect to have these resolved over several appointments, to help minimise other patients waiting.
If you are unsure what sort of appointment you might be needing our friendly staff are only too happy to assist.

Concession, HCC & Commonwealth Seniors Card holders, and 15 years old and under: Bulk Billed

The practice’s new facility was purpose built in July 2017 and we are a fully AGPAL accredited general medical practice.
Disabled access is available with ramps leading to street level from both sides of the carpark and wheelchairs /walkers available if required. A toilet facility suitable for wheelchair access is available.
Co-located within our complex are Dorevitch Pathology, Woods Road Pharmacy, North East Dental Service, Yarrawonga X-Ray and Barefoot Lifestyle – Accredited Dietitian.
