FEES & BILLING ARRANGEMENTS

This is not a bulk billing clinic.

Fees for extended consultations will be marginally higher.
Fees for nonstandard and specialised consultations will vary.
Patients are required to settle accounts at time of consultation

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Eftpos or by credit card.

Our Clinic offers Tyro facilities where Medicare Claims can be directly deposited back onto eligible cards at time of finalising account. Alternatively, we can lodge Medicare Claims electronically and money will be refunded by direct deposit within 48 hours to a patient’s bank account.

Please note an additional $5 out of pocket administration fee will be incurred for all accounts not paid on the day.

All new Workcover claims are the responsibility of the patient until we have been provided with a claim number or written approval from employer.

Please have your current Medicare, Pension, Health Care Card or Veterans Affairs Gold Card with you at each visit.

Private / General: $90.00 | Medicare Rebate: $41.40
Seniors: $75.00 | Medicare Rebate: $41.40

Concession, HCC & Commonwealth Seniors Card holders, and 15 years old and under: Bulk Billed

Fees will vary for differing appointment types and on weekends. Please see our helpful reception staff for any billing enquires.
