DIABETES CLINIC
Diabetes is a chronic condition that can result in significant complications if not managed correctly. Ideally you should be seeing a doctor at least every 3-6 months.
YDMG have several of our experienced GP’s with a special interest in diabetes care. Diabetes is best managed by you with the support of a diabetes team. Diabetes care plans conducted by your GP can provide one-on-one patient support and guidance and depending on your needs you may require assistance from a Diabetes Educator, Dietitian and referral to a Podiatrist.

YDMG has an on-site Diabetes Nurse Practitioner, Ms Janet Lagstrom and a Dietitian, Mr Daniel Thomson.
